01Who we are

02What data we collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, email address, company name (optional), the services you're interested in, an approximate budget and your message. We use analytics and marketing cookies only if you consent via the banner, and you can change that choice at any time. Necessary cookies are used only to make the site work and remember your choice.
03Why we collect it
For one reason: to reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox next to the form) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract. We don't use the data for newsletters or ads.
04How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry in our email correspondence for at most two years after the last contact, then delete it. If we start working together, data is kept as long as business and legal retention periods require (contracts, invoices).
05Who else sees it
Your message reaches us through an email delivery service (Resend) and our email provider. Those are the only processors. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone else.
06Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. A single email to info@swfsolutions.net is enough. We reply within 15 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
