Technical monitoring
Tracking errors and indexing in Search Console, and Core Web Vitals after every change to the site.
As an SEO agency in Belgrade, Serbia, we start every engagement with a technical review: what Google sees on the site, what it indexes and what it skips. Then we fix structure, content and local signals, and measure every change in Search Console and GA4.

The reason is rarely the competition. More often it's a site that doesn't send Google clear signals. Four problems keep coming up, and none of them is solved by adding keywords to the copy.
Redirects, wrong canonical tags, pages closed to indexing or content that only appears after a click. The site looks tidy, yet Google indexes only part of it.
When all services sit on one page, none of them ranks for its own query. A service people search for separately needs its own page, with a clear title and an answer to the search intent.
Two pages target the same phrase, so Google chooses between them and neither gets full weight. The fix is one page per phrase, with internal links that confirm it.
For a business in Belgrade, Google checks whether the name, address and phone number match across the site, the Google Business Profile and directories. Without that, the local results and the map belong to someone else.
SEO is part of how a site is put together: technology, structure, content and local signals have to say the same thing.

Content on a slow site with indexing errors can't show its worth. So we first measure Core Web Vitals on mobile, check what Google actually indexes and remove obstacles, and only then write new pages.
The order isn't arbitrary. Technical errors block everything else, so they're fixed first. Content and local SEO are built on a sound foundation, and links come once the site has something worth linking to.
SEO is ongoing work, so the monthly cycle has a fixed set of parts. You know in advance what gets done and why.
The first month is a review and fixing the foundations. From the second month the work follows a plan, and each report shows movement against the baseline recorded at the start.
A technical review of the site, competitor analysis for your phrases and a baseline from Search Console and GA4. If measurement isn't in place, we set it up first.
We remove technical obstacles, build the keyword map and assign each page its phrase. These are the changes everything else depends on.
New service pages, additions to existing ones, the Google Business Profile and consistent business details across the web, in the order of priority set by the audit.
Every month we track impressions, clicks and inquiries by page and by phrase. What doesn't move gets reviewed; what works gets extended with new content.
