Service: WordPress development WordPress websites built to measure, without page builders or excess code.

Our custom WordPress development starts from your content and the site's goal, before any theme is chosen. We write a bespoke theme containing only what the site actually uses, and set up the admin so your team edits text, images and pages itself, through fields that keep the layout intact. We're a Belgrade team working with clients across Europe.

Where WordPress struggles

Why WordPress sites turn slow and fragile.

WordPress is a sound choice for a site your team runs itself. Trouble starts when a site is assembled from a bought theme, a page builder and dozens of plugins, and every change risks breaking something else.

01

A page builder that slows the site

Elementor and WPBakery load their own scripts and styles on every page. The result is heavier code, slower loading on phones and weaker Core Web Vitals, which also affects SEO.

02

A plugin for every small task

Every plugin is code someone else maintains. With dozens installed, the risk grows of conflicts after updates and of security holes in plugins no longer developed.

03

An admin where mistakes are easy

When a layout is assembled by hand in a builder, editing one heading can shift a whole block. So the team avoids touching content and waits for a developer, even for small changes.

04

A site locked into one tool

Content built in a builder is hard to move to another theme. A redesign or a change of tool often means starting again from scratch.

A good WordPress site doesn't ask you to think about the technology. It loads quickly, has few dependencies to update and lets your team publish on its own.

Bespoke theme

A theme that loads only what the site uses.

A page builder brings code for dozens of elements to every page, used or not. A bespoke theme contains only your site's blocks, so pages stay light on mobile and the admin stays clear. Blue Eyed Phoenix, a custom WordPress site for a Belgrade studio, is built this way.

What we build on WordPress

Custom WordPress development shaped by what the site must do.

We choose WordPress when your team runs the site day to day: services, news, galleries, references, publications. The theme, admin fields and plugins follow from what the site has to do and who will edit it.

Company websites

Business sites that lead to an inquiry

A dedicated page for every service, a call to action where the decision is made, and local SEO. That's how we built the sites for DIHT Stolarija, Pogrebno Božur and Blue Eyed Phoenix in Belgrade.

What comes with a custom WordPress site.

The same team runs the project from content structure to launch. Scope and price are set in a fixed quote before work starts.

01

Structure and content types

Sitemap, content types and the fields your team will fill in, agreed before design.

02

Bespoke design

A visual language and components made for your brand, with no bought theme as a starting point.

03

Custom WordPress theme

Clean theme code, only the plugins that are needed, and no page builder.

04

An admin for your team

Fields and blocks that hold the layout, so text and images change without putting the page design at risk.

05

SEO foundation and launch

Heading structure, meta data, schema and speed from day one, then domain, analytics and go-live.

How our WordPress development runs.

Each phase ends with material you can review and approve. The next phase starts only after your sign-off.

Phase 01

Structure and content

We get to know the business, the audience and your existing content, then define pages, content types and who edits what after launch.

Phase 02

Design

From wireframes to the final look of key pages. We design components as blocks your team will later combine into new pages.

Phase 03

Theme and admin development

We write the bespoke theme, connect the admin fields and choose only the plugins that are needed. We test the site on phone, tablet and desktop.

Phase 04

Launch and handover

We put the site live on your domain, connect analytics and check speed and the SEO foundation. Your team gets admin access and can publish straight away.

What does custom WordPress development include?

It covers content structure, bespoke design, a custom WordPress theme, an admin set up for your team, an SEO foundation and launch. We write the theme from scratch, with no bought template or page builder, and add plugins only where they solve a real need. The exact pages and features are set out in a fixed quote before work starts.

Why don't you use Elementor or WPBakery?

Page builders speed up assembling a page, but they load code for far more elements than the site uses, on every page. That slows loading on phones and ties the content to the builder, which makes later changes harder. A bespoke theme contains only what your site displays: Blue Eyed Phoenix, built without a builder, has a measured Lighthouse mobile score of 97.

Will my team be able to edit the content?

Yes, that's the main reason we choose WordPress. We set the admin up around your content, with dedicated fields for services, news, galleries or references and a layout that stays put while you change text and images. The staff of Mašinska škola NS publish news and enrolment information themselves, and Blue Eyed Phoenix adds new work to its gallery.

When is WordPress the right choice, and when is Next.js?

We recommend WordPress when your team publishes often and wants a familiar admin: a company site, a school, a research project. We choose Next.js when a project needs more than a CMS, such as custom logic or integrations. The deciding factors are who will edit the site and what it has to handle, and we explain the choice before the quote.

How long does a WordPress website take, and how is the price set?

A business website usually takes three to six weeks; sites with more content types or languages take longer. The price depends on the number of page types, the features and the content to prepare. After a free 30-minute intro call we send a fixed quote. What we agree is what you pay, with no extra items on the invoice.

Is your WordPress site holding you back?

If your current site loads slowly, is hard to edit or depends on a page builder, we'll look at it together and recommend a new bespoke theme, a redesign or simply regular maintenance.
